Receiving GSI-OpenSSH Support
Please submit GSI-OpenSSH bug reports to NCSA Bugzilla. Support is also available from the GSI-OpenSSH community on the gsi-openssh-user@globus.org mailing list. As a user or administrator that is using the GSI-OpenSSH software, it is recommended that you subscribe to this mailing list since this is where announcements of new releases and security advisories are posted. To subscribe to this mailing list send email to majordomo@globus.org with "subscribe gsi-openssh-user <your email address>" in the body. Only list subscribers may post to the list.
If you require assistance in solving a problem that you are experiencing while using the GSI-OpenSSH software, you could find that someone else may have reported an issue similar to yours. You can review the archives of the gsi-openssh mailing list to see if a solution to your problem already exists and query Bugzilla to see if the bug has already been reported.
When reporting a problem, please include the following information:
-

-
If possible, the debugging output of the GSI-OpenSSH server which can be gained by running the included SSH server in debugging mode.
-
If possible, the debugging output of the GSI-OpenSSH client which can be gained by running the included SSH client in debugging mode.
We make every effort to respond as quickly as possible to questions or problems. The information requested above will help us to more quickly identify any potential problems that relate to your server or client's configuration.
